The National Black Public Relations Society, Inc. proudly presents its 10th Annual Conference and Career Fair, Thursday – Sunday, April 23-26 2009, in the historic city of Atlanta. The conference will provide four inspiring days of networking, training and honoring those who have paved the way for African Americans in the PR field. Themed “Real Talk in Tough Times: Communicating for Change,” the conference will offer solutions for the practice of public relations in the economically, socially and politically challenging times society now faces. The event will include panel discussions, workshops and dialogue with prominent industry leaders and will promote professional development, foster networking for business and employment, and provide practitioners with the latest tools and techniques for PR success. Additionally, the conference will offer newcomers, including students or those transitioning from other disciplines, valuable, career-building insight into their newly-adopted field. All attendees will benefit from on-site exhibitors who will showcase new products and services. Whether you are a student or a seasoned professional, this conference is for you.

The newly-renovated Hyatt Regency Atlanta is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Atlanta in Peachtree Center.
